Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich is not one to be hesitant with talking to the media, but a quick chat with the media yesterday gave him a chance to voice his opinion on President Donald Trump.
According to the transcript, Popovich is skeptical as to whether or not Trump will be able to keep any of the promises he has granted to the American people. Popovich also went on as to exclaim that Trump isn’t mature enough for the job.
Popovich has a great point. People need help in this country and will be looking at Trump to lead. After all, we don’t need to hear a press conference about the size of the inaugural crowd or the war you have going on with the media.
Another thing that POP noted was the harassment of women during his road to the presidency. Just recently, thousands of women across the United States protested in the streets (#womenmarch.) The purpose of the protest was for women to showcase equality for all women around the world.
