The turkish thunder is back in Milwaukee.
Veteran forward Ersan Ilyasova has reportedly agreed to a three-year, $21MM deal to return to Milwaukee, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN announced via Twitter.

This move becomes most concerning for restricted free agent Jabari Parker, whose future in Milwaukee is uncertain. Ilyasova’s deal becomes part of the MLE (mid-level exception) but it still makes things more complicated for Jabari.
The Ersan Ilyasova $21M contract projects to put Milwaukee at $110M in salary and would hard cap the Bucks at $129.8M. The hard cap is a result of Ilyasova signing for part of the midlevel exception that exceeds $5.3M. The Bucks still have restricted free agent Jabari Parker.

Drafted by the Bucks in 2006, Ilyasova has spent time with five other NBA franchises since being traded to Detroit from Milwaukee during the 2015 offseason. He started 40 of 46 games with the Atlanta Hawks this season before being bought out and later signing with the 76ers during their playoff push. In a combined 69 games this season, Ersan averaged 10.9 points (45% FG, 36% 3PT, 78% FT) and 5.9 rebounds across 25.1 minutes per game.
While the connection appears to be directly between Ersan and Milwaukee, Ersan also has a connection with new head coach Mike Budenholzer, appearing in 72 games with the Hawks under Budenholzer over the past two seasons.
