The Boston Celtics may have won Friday’s game, but there’s still reason for Phoenix fans to celebrate.

Any fan besides Tom Chambers, at least. Who, on the anniversary of his franchise record-setting 60 point game, just watched the Suns new phenom Devin Booker break that record.

On this day back in 1990, Chambers set the Suns franchise record for points in a game against the Supersonics – a record which stood for exactly 27 years, not a day longer.

Booker went 21/40 for his 70 and also added eight rebounds, six assists, and three steals on his record-setting night.
