The Atlanta Hawks are looking to add point guard Jose Calderon to it’s roster as early as Saturday, league sources told ESPN’s Marc Stein.
The Hawks plan to either claim the 35-year-old outright or attempt to sign him to a contract once he officially clears waivers.
The league notified teams this week that Calderon will still be eligible for the playoffs after he was waived by the Golden State Warriors on Thursday, Stein reports.
